El Salvador to Offer Bitcoin Training and Certification to 80,000 Government Employees
El Salvador's National Bitcoin Office (ONBTC) has announced that it will provide bitcoin training and certification to 80,000 government employees. The 160-hour training program, called Public Administration Certification 1, is divided into seven modules and covers strategic management and public policy aspects of bitcoin as a legal tender.
